“We consulted with Duane regarding simplification and improvement of our back yard. From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure working with him. Duane really listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful design which included more hardscaping than softscaping, as we wanted to have less “garden work”. As part of the hardscaping, Duane designed an elegant fountain, built in place and he included a gas firepit. We can hardly wait for the warmer weather to arrive, as the entire space is so inviting, functional and beautiful. We followed Duane’s recommendation that we consider getting lighting installed throughout our back yard garden and what a good recommendation that was! At night, the whole back yard becomes a magical space which we can even appreciate while in our house.

Duane’s design talent is complemented by great organizational and communication skills. He kept us closely informed about every aspect of the project and was often on site. He ensured our project was done right by using superb tradesmen. No detail was overlooked, from carefully considered placement of the lighting to inclusion in the softscaping of some of our favourite plants from our previous garden.
